I'm sorry I don't speak Spanish well enough to write this in Spanish. (I'm up to 127 consecutive days on Duolingo!)

I'm a US citizen, living in the US. I have a Roth IRA that I would like my brother to inherit. He is a US citizen but lives in Spain, has a Spanish wife and kids there. He has a resident card in Spain and works there. If he were to inherit my Roth IRA, do you know if he would owe Spanish taxes on it? (If he owed taxes then I would try to leave him a different inheritance.)
